I had called three other roofing companies to have them fix a leak in my roof by my chimney. I could tell that they were not excited about working on a smaller job. In all three cases, they never showed up at my house at the scheduled time, nor called me to tell me they were not going to make it. Luckily, I called Carly next at Exterior Solutions, and I knew immediately that they would help me out, regardless that it was a smaller job, but important and concerning to me. Carly was super friendly and professional. I was shocked when she told me that they would send someone out the very next day. It seemed hard to believe, but sure enough, someone did show, it was the owner, Dustin! He immediately put me at ease when after he looked at it he said he could fix it. An hour later, he showed me the before and after pictures and I was amazed at the work he had done! It is refreshing to know there are still companies like Exterior Solutions out there that are not only after the big money jobs. Now every time it rains I don't have to worry about it leaking into my house. What a relief!!! In the future, when I need a new roof, and when I get siding for my house, I will absolutely, positively call Carly and Dustin at Exterior Solutions! And those three roofing companies that blew me off, they will lose two big money jobs that they so desperately wanted!!!!!

Great experience with Dustin and Jay at Exterior Solutions. Jay worked with me and my family getting us a very reasonable estimate on a new roof for our house. He explained everything thoroughly, answered any questions I had and was very easy to get in contact with. Dustin and his crew were amazing, they were there early, had the whole roof done in 5 hours, and had I not been there I never would have known my house was a construction zone. Dustin even went out of his way to fix a couple issues with our siding. It’s refreshing to see a company who can deliver on product, price, and craftsmanship. I would highly recommend Exterior Solutions!

We just had both our house and garage done by Exterior Solutions. Everything about the installation was perfect. We had scheduled for the day a snowstorm was forecasted so they moved up the install a day to make certain we weren't left without a proper roof during the snow. Dustin's communication before, during, and after the install has been top notch. There were no surprises with the invoice. Everything was shown to us ahead of time as "if we have to do this, it will cost you this amount" and it was all at a very fair price. I can't recommend Dustin and Exterior Solutions enough.
